Summary:A rear bumper assembly includes a bumper body having an exterior surface and an interior surface. The bumper body defines at least one aperture therethrough. The at least one aperture is located on an upper portion of the bumper body. A step garnish is received on the upper portion and secured to the bumper body. At least one carrying structure is integrally molded on an underside of the step garnish and received through the at least one aperture for carrying a wire or wire harness along the interior surface of the bumper body. The wire harness can be operatively connected to one or more corner sensors installed on the bumper body.
