Summary:The inkjet recording apparatus comprises: a plurality of full-line recording heads provided for a plurality of ink colors, each of the plurality of full-line recording heads having one or more rows of nozzles in which a plurality of nozzles for discharging ink are arrayed across an entire width of a printing medium in a direction substantially orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the printing medium; and a plurality of image-reading devices provided for the plurality of ink colors, the plurality of image-reading devices reading an image formed on the printing medium with ink ejected from the plurality of recording heads provided for the colors, the plurality of image-reading devices being arranged on a downstream side in the conveyance direction of the printing medium with respect to the recording heads of the respective corresponding colors.
