Summary:The present invention relates to a method for locating a wireless terminal device in a cellular network in response to a location request, wherein a quality information is added to the location request in order to define a requested quality of service. Based on the quality of service, a suitable place or network element for determining the location is selected. Thereby, a load sharing model can be provided such that the calculation capacity can be distributed and the signaling load reduced.
