Four genetic tumor markers specific for human glioblastoma

ABCC3, GPNMB, NNMT, and SEC61gamma are expressed at higher levels in glioblastoma than in normal brain tissue. These four genes and their expression products are useful for diagnosing and treating glioblastoma and for identifying potential anticancer drugs.
