Summary: | A composition useful in printing inks exemplified as comprising: (1) from about 4 to about 80% by weight of one or more polyester materials having an acid component of from about 75 to about 84 mole % isophthalic acid and conversely from about 25 to about 16 mole % 5-sodiosulfoisophthalic acid, and having a glycol component of from about 45 to about 60 mole % diethylene glycol and conversely from about 55 to about 40 mole % 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol or ethylene glycol or mixtures thereof; (2) from about 1.0 to about 60% by weight of pigment material; (3) from about 0.05 to about 30% by weight of a nonionic, polyether type property modifier; and (4) from substantially none to about 90% by weight of water. |
