Delaminomycins preferentially inhibit T cells and are useful as immunosuppressants, antineoplastic agents and antibacterial agents. (I) (I') wherein X is a hydroxyl group for delaminomycin A, a methoxy group for delaminomycin B and a hydrogen atom for delaminomycin C.
