Summary:An image-receiving sheet for thermal sublimable dye-transfer recording is disclosed, comprising a base paper; a layer provided on said base paper, said layer being prepared by extrusion coating a molten thermoplastic polymer; and an image-receiving layer provided on said layer, said image-receiving layer comprising a solvent-free, radiation-curable resin composition which is dyeable with a sublimable dye and having been cured upon irradiation. The image-receiving sheet of the invention has high gloss and provides recorded images free from unevenness of printing and having high recorded density.
