Summary:A compound of the formula : wherein R , R and R are each lower alkyl, R is hydrogen or hydroxy, and a heavy solid line means a single or a double bond, provided that when R is hydrogen, then a heavy solid line means a double bond, when R is hydroxy, then a heavy solid line means a single bond, and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, processes for their preparation and pharmaceutical composition comprising them in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable, substantially non-toxic carrier or excipient. The invention also relates to a biologically pure culture of the microorganism Paecilomyces sp. F-18826 (FERM BP-2322).
