Summary:An antigen and a method for its preparation and use in detecting antibody to a selected diisocyanate is provided by reacting the monoisocyanate derivative of the diisocyanate with a protein, incubating the antigen on a paper disc with test serum in the presence of a buffer and anti-IgE- 125I and thereafter counting the disc in a scintillation fluid with a liquid scintillation spectrometer.
