Summary:A prefabricated panel positioning device for placing the panel in its proper location on a foundation. A hooking assembly is secured to the edge of the panel and lifting forces are applied thereto to lift the panel from a generally horizontal position to a generally vertical position. The hooking assembly supports the upper frame of the panel and includes a capturing member which selectively prevents disengagement of the panel. An independent dolly is provided which includes a wheeled frame. The dolly supports the lower edge of the panel and horizontally moves it by means of the wheels. The dolly is provided with a jacking device which is utilized to gently lower the panel onto the foundation. The hook and dolly cooperate to position the panel.
