Summary: | There is disclosed a process for producing a photographic material using a polystyrene film as a support by subjecting a biaxially drawn, surface-roughened polystyrene film to a high frequency electrodeless discharge in a vacuum at a frequency of 13.56 MHz, and then coating an aqueous emulsion or suspension containing gelatin as a binder on the film. The bond strength between the film support and the coating proves superior to those materials in the prior art. |
