Summary:An improved apparatus for recording the velocity components in electronystagmographs. The eye position signals obtained from sensors attached to a patient undergoing nystagmus tests are coupled to a differentiator. The output of the differentiator is attached, through switch means, to a pen actuated recorder to provide an analog recording of the velocity derivative under desired test conditions. Means are provided to readily set the pen to zero at a mid-graph location, at a top-graph location and at a bottom-graph location thereby enabling the positive and negative velocity components to be shown on the entire graph scale.
