Summary:A belt covering apparatus that shuttles a carcass to be covered between a pair of storage reels, one of which is pivoted after the first pass to invert the carcass, with an extruder in line with the pass line of the carcass such that the continuous flow from the extruder may be applied directly into the upper and lower surfaces of a belt carcass. Squeeze rolls, cutters and edge folding means cooperate with the extruder and conveying means of the carcass to laminate the covering to both sides of the carcass without interruptions.
