[Also in Divisions C2, C3 and D1] A tinting ink comprising polyvinyl butyral, Violet 2R Base, Oil Blue A and 2,4-bis(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)quinazoline (as photostabilizer) in dimethylformamide is printed on plasticized polyvinylbutyral sheeting, the latter seasoned at 65 degrees for 6 days, conditioned to 23% relative humidity and laminated in clear plate and heat absorbing glass. The products are useful as tinted automotive windshields. |
