Summary:A self-guided eye examination system includes an eye examination interface module mounted on a linear actuator that is configured to move the eye examination interface module along a vertical axis. The eye examination interface module includes a housing having at least one window on a front face of the housing, a frame inside of the housing, and at least one eye examination device mounted to the frame and accessible from an outside of the housing. The at least one eye examination device is configured to examine at least one aspect of a user's health. At least one graphical user interface is configured to guide the user in operating the self-guided eye examination system without assistance from an attendant. A processor is configured to cause the eye examination device to examine an aspect of the user's health and provide feedback to the user.
