The arrangement has an axis of rotation and is designed for coupling, for conjoint rotation, to a driver of the rear wheel assembly. The arrangement comprises at least eleven sprockets with differing numbers of teeth. At least two sprockets with the smallest numbers of teeth are formed in a radially self-supporting manner and are coupled to the driver via at least one further sprocket with a greater number of teeth. The three sprockets with the smallest numbers of teeth are arranged such that a sprocket center plane of the sprocket with the third smallest number of teeth of the multi-sprocket arrangement runs in the region of an axial end surface of the driver or axially outside the driver.
