Summary:A display device includes a substrate, a gate insulating layer, an auxiliary electrode extending in a first direction in a plan view parallel to the substrate and including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion having a first thickness in a second direction crossing the first direction, and the second portion having a second thickness in the second direction, an inorganic insulating layer defining a first opening exposing a portion of the second portion, an organic insulating layer defining a second opening exposing a portion of the second portion, an intermediate layer disposed on the organic insulating layer and defining a third opening exposing a portion of the second portion, and an opposite electrode disposed on the intermediate layer and contacting upper and side surfaces of the auxiliary electrode. The second thickness of the second portion is less than the first thickness of the first portion.
