Summary:According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, an optical device includes a substrate, an optical element, a shifter, and an actuator. The optical element is on the surface of the substrate, and the shifter is adjacent to the optical element such that the optical element is between the substrate and the shifter. Moreover, the actuator is coupled with the shifter, and the actuator is configured to change a space and/or a pressure between the optical element and the shifter. Related methods are also discussed.
