Summary:A three-dimensional culture device and a biological culture instrument are provided. The biological culture instrument is configured to receive a culture medium and includes a container, a cover, and a driving mechanism assembled to the cover. The container includes a plurality of accommodating wells each having a filtering bottom structure and a surrounding wall connected to the filtering bottom structure. Each of the surrounding walls defines a culture space for accommodating the culture medium and at least one bioparticle. The cover includes a communication portion and a plurality of insertion pipes being in spatial communication with the communication portion. Each of the insertion pipes is inserted into one of the accommodating wells, and is in spatial communication with the culture space through the filtering bottom structure. The driving mechanism is configured to control volume of the culture medium in each of the culture spaces through the cover.
