Summary:A battery module housing includes a receiving portion configured to allow a battery cell stack to be mounted therein. The receiving portion comprises a first side surface and a second side surface, a bolting portion configured to couple a plurality of battery module housings disposed adjacent to each other, and a buffer portion configured to absorb volume expansion of the battery cell stack, whereby a battery pack capable of accommodating an increase in volume of the battery cell stack while having reduced weight and minimized construction is provided.
