Summary:A voltage collection structure includes: a fixed holder that is configured to be connected to multiple battery cores; a circuit board that is installed on the fixed holder; multiple voltage collection sheets that are installed on the circuit board and connected to the multiple battery cores. At least one voltage collection sheet includes a buffer segment, and at least a portion of the buffer segment protrudes in a direction that faces away from the battery core, so that the voltage collection sheet has a displacement allowance in a direction that is close to the battery core. A maximum protruding distance of the buffer segment ranges from about 0.5 mm to about 20 mm.
