Summary: | The present disclosure relates to a non-invasive glycated hemoglobin or blood glucose measurement system and method which use a Monte Carlo simulation, wherein the method includes: acquiring a two-dimensional scan image for a specific body part; generating a virtual three-dimensional model corresponding to the specific body part by using the two-dimensional scan image; performing a Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) on the basis of the three-dimensional model; calculating a ratio equation by collecting photoplethysmography (PPG) signals measured according to the Monte Carlo simulation; constructing a mathematical model for glycated hemoglobin or blood glucose measurement on the basis of the ratio equation; and using the mathematical model to calculate the concentration of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) or blood glucose and the concentration of oxygen saturation (SpO2) of a measurement subject to be measured. |
