Summary:The present disclosure according to at least one embodiment provides a network congestion control method performed by a computing device, the method comprising transmitting data in units of packets to a receiving terminal connected to a network by performing a first step of increasing a data transmission amount for the data by increasing a window size; and performing a second step of reducing the data transmission amount by reducing the window size in response to an increase in round trip time (RTT) exceeding a predefined threshold value.
