Summary:A plug connector part of a charging system for charging an electric vehicle, the plug connector part being connectable to a mating plug connector part along a plug-in direction, the plug connector part including: a housing part; a support element connected to the housing part; at least one electrical plug contact arranged on the support element for plugging connection to a mating contact of the mating plug connector part; and a temperature sensor assembly arranged on the support element and having a temperature sensor element in operative connection with the at least one electrical plug contact for measuring a temperature at the at least one electrical plug contact. The temperature sensor element has a first engagement section in positive engagement with a second engagement section of the at least one electrical plug contact so that the at least one electrical plug contact is fixed axially along the plug-in direction.
