Summary:A sensing device is proposed. The sensing device may include a sensor unit configured to obtain point clouds over time with respect to a three-dimensional space by using a LiDAR sensor, a memory, and a processor. The processor may determine a static object area of the three-dimensional space based on the obtained point clouds over time with respect to the three-dimensional space. The processor may determine an installation abnormality of the sensing device based on static point clouds having a certain time difference among static point clouds over time corresponding to the determined static object area.
