Summary:The present invention relates to a method for extending a half-life of a protein, comprising substituting one lysine residue in each of the amino acid sequences in two proteins, or to a protein having an extended half-life. The protein in which lysine residues have been substituted according to the present invention remains in the body for an extended period of time, and exhibits excellent treatment results. In addition, two proteins can be produced and provided in a single production process.
