Summary:An inkjet printhead for printing redundantly in four colors. The printhead includes: an ink manifold having first, second, third and fourth ink reservoirs for supplying first, second, third and fourth inks, respectively; and first and second parallel printhead chips mounted on the ink manifold. The ink manifold has ink feed slots configured for supplying the first and second inks to the first printhead chip and for supplying the third and fourth inks to the second printhead chip.
