Summary:A method for processing information from a social platform and triggering an action such as creating a ticket is provided. The method includes monitoring information on a social platform, based on predetermined keywords set by a system user, extracting information related to a service from the social platform, the extracted information containing of the predetermined keywords, and determining a sentiment value associated with the extracted information, assigning the extracted information to a sentiment category based on the sentiment value. The sentiment category being one of a positive sentiment category, a negative sentiment category, or a neutral sentiment category. The method further including generating a graphical user interface (GUI) displayed to the system user for displaying the ticket to the system user. Using the GUI, the system user inputs information, based on the extracted information and the assigned sentiment category, to generate a ticket.
