Summary:A selectively weighted fitness slider includes a base, an interior space within the base, an inner wall in the interior space that extends from the base, and a top part that is releasably attached to the base. A locking band encircles the base and top part to releasably secure the base and top part together. The inner wall releasably secures a weight within the interior space. The weight can be secured by the inner wall, which is configured to secure the weight via an inside surface of the inner wall or an outside surface of the inner wall. The fitness slider may have a first weight inside the inner wall, a second weight outside of the inner wall, and a third weight surrounding the second weight. The fitness slider allows a person to add different weight combinations to adjust the resistance of the fitness slider and meet his/hers individual needs.
