Summary: | Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may use random selection to select sidelink resources when a channel busy ratio (CBR) associated with a sidelink channel satisfies a CBR threshold. Alternatively, the UE may use partial sensing to select the sidelink resources when a block error ratio (BLER) associated with the sidelink channel fails to satisfy a BLER threshold. Accordingly, the UE may transmit on the sidelink channel using the sidelink resources. Numerous other aspects are provided. |
