Summary:Provided is a display device according to an embodiment including a display panel including a display region and a non-display region, and an input sensing unit disposed on the display panel, wherein the input sensing unit includes a first sensing insulating layer disposed on the display panel, and a first sensing conductive layer disposed on the first sensing insulating layer, and the first sensing insulating layer has an atomic ratio of nitrogen (N) to silicon (Si) of about 0.69 to about 0.85. Accordingly, corrosion of the electrode and wires due to the electric field when the input sensing unit is driven may be controlled. Accordingly, reliability of the display device may be improved.
