Summary:The manufacture of fixed-dose combination drug products to be used as an anti-inflammatory and antineuritic agents for the control and management of pain, particularly moderate to severe intensity acute pain of different etiologies resulting from peripheral neuropathies, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, radiculitis, post-herpetic neuralgia, spondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc., of different etiologies such as inflammatory, drug, diabetic, alcoholic, or nutritional etiology, etc. These fixed-dose combination drug products contain a therapeutically effective amount of (a) a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) an antineuritic agent or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (c) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
