Summary:There is provided a data analysis apparatus capable of selecting a satellite image suitable for analysis of observation data, a method, and a program. The data analysis apparatus includes: a data acquisition unit configured to acquire ground data at a predetermined place and at a predetermined time, and acquire a satellite image corresponding to the acquired ground data; and an analysis processing unit configured to analyze the ground data by using the acquired ground data and the acquired satellite image. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a satellite image processing system that uses the satellite image.
