Summary:There is provided a data analysis apparatus capable of selecting observation data suitable for analysis of an image captured by a satellite, a method, and a program. The data analysis apparatus includes: a data acquisition unit configured to acquire a satellite image obtained by an artificial satellite imaging a predetermined place on a ground at a predetermined time and acquire ground data corresponding to a condition for capturing the satellite image from the ground data acquired on the ground; and an analysis processing unit configured to analyze the satellite image by using the acquired ground data and the acquired satellite image. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a satellite image processing system that uses the satellite image.
