Summary:A valve assembly for a medical device that includes a body having an inlet that is in fluid communication with a source of fluid, and an outlet that is in fluid communication with a delivery conduit of the medical device. The valve assembly includes a shuttle configured to move within the body between a first and second position to control delivery of fluid from the inlet to the outlet. In the first position, the shuttle is configured to maintain the fluid at a first pressure within the body and seal the outlet from the inlet, such that the delivery conduit is isolated from the fluid at the first pressure. In the second position, the shuttle is configured to maintain the fluid at a second pressure within the body and fluidly couple the outlet to the inlet, such that the delivery conduit receives the fluid at the second pressure.
