The present invention provides a reagent for detecting a lipoprotein particle concentration, which can not only detect the lipoprotein particle concentration separately but also detect a cholesterol sub-component of the lipoproteins at the same time in cooperation with other instruments and reagents, thereby combining two processes into one process and saving time and costs.
