Summary:A training simulator system for martial arts including two detachable parts. The first part comprises a cylindrical bag and the second part comprises a base. The base may have a circular base line. An outer diameter of the base may be larger than a diameter of the bag. The base may be reinforced along an inner circumference. The base may include a center having a concentric round hole that may have a diameter sized corresponding with the diameter of the bag. The bag may further include, at a first end, at least one strap segment for suspension and safety to prevent unintentional loosening.
