The base body has a first optical axis. The first optical axis is perpendicular to a first direction. The first arrangement direction is parallel to the first direction. A first preset included angle is formed between the second arrangement direction and the first arrangement direction. The base body is an anisotropic structure, and the first direction is a direction corresponding to the anisotropic structure.
