Summary:The present disclosure relates to a decellularized adipose tissue-derived scaffold and a method of preparing the same. The scaffold of the present disclosure can be applied to culture of various types of organoids and thus can be used in various fields due to its high versatility. Also, the scaffold of the present disclosure can be prepared from a human adipose tissue to be discarded and thus can create enormous added value. Further, the scaffold of the present disclosure can be widely used in the medical industry, such as new drug development, drug toxicity and efficacy evaluation, and patient-specific drug selection, in substitution for conventional Matrigel.
