Summary: | The present invention is related to biotechnology, particularly to the field of human health. It provides new vaccine compositions that comprise as active principle a system that contains the recombinant human EGF, or peptides thereof, and a carrier protein or peptide, bound to a nucleus constituted by inorganic nanoparticles, with nanometric or submicrometric scale dimensions. These vaccine compositions are useful for the chronic treatment of cancer and have as advantages that their administration does not result in the appearance of adverse effects at the injection site and that they do not accumulate in the body. |
