Summary:According to one embodiment, a test kit includes a dropping device is configured to drop a droplet and a test device. The test device includes a reaction tank having an opening into which the droplet is dropped, the reaction tank being configured to house the droplet. The reaction detector is arranged below the opening inside the reaction tank and comprising a surface with a substance to be bound to a detection target substance. The reaction tank has an internal volume substantially equal to twice an amount of the droplet, or smaller than or equal to twice the amount.
