Summary:A subject matter of the present invention is a process for the treatment of keratin fibers, such as the hair, comprising the application, to the keratin fibers, of a composition comprising at least one alkoxysilane chosen from the compounds of formula (I), at least one non amino silicone of formula (II), the non amino silicone(s) of formula (II) having a weight-average molecular weight of less than or equal to 1500 g/mol and at least one coloring agent chosen from pigments, direct dyes and their mixtures, followed by a stage of application of heat to the keratin fibers covered with the composition, using a heating tool, at a temperature of greater than or equal to 45° C. for a period of time of greater than or equal to 15 minutes.
