The first thin-film transistor includes a first source, a first drain, a first active layer, and a first gate. The second thin-film transistor includes a second source, a second drain, a second active layer, and a second gate. The first drain of the first thin-film transistor is electrically connected to the second gate of the second thin-film transistor.
