Summary:Provided is an organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a cathode and an organic layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic layer comprises a first organic layer, the first organic layer comprises a first compound and a second compound, the first compound has specific HOMO and/or LUMO energy levels and a structure represented by Formula 1-1, and the second compound has a specific LUMO energy level and a structure represented by Formula 2-1. Compared with the related art, the combination of the first compound and the second compound can significantly improve the performance of the organic electroluminescent device, such as the efficiency of the device. Further provided is an electronic device comprising the organic electroluminescent device.
