Summary:A vehicle-body structure includes a first floor panel constituting a floor of an occupant space, a dash panel, a second floor panel provided on a vehicle rear side of the occupant space, a connection panel connecting a rear portion of the first floor panel and a front portion of the second floor panel, and a center frame disposed to be higher than and away from the first floor panel at a vehicle-width-direction central portion of the occupant space and extending in a front-rear direction. A front portion of the center frame is connected to the dash panel. A rear portion of the center frame is connected to the connection panel.
