Summary:Methods, systems, and storage media for alleviating eye strain and/or fatigue occasioned by use of head mounted augmented and/or virtual reality equipment are disclosed. Exemplary implementation may: detect, at an eye fatigue sensor of a head mounted augmented and/or virtual device, that a user is experiencing eye strain and/or fatigue, and, responsive to the eye strain/fatigue detection, initiate at least one remedial action to alleviate the detected eye strain/fatigue.
