Summary: | A nano composite material aiming at an acidic sealing zone in osteoclasts and a preparation method thereof are provided. The nano composite material aiming at the acidic sealing zone in the osteoclasts includes a nano material, bone-targeting molecules, and a compound able to react with the acidic sealing zone in the osteoclasts, wherein: after being modified by the bone-targeting molecules, the nano material is loaded with the compound able to react with the acidic sealing zone in the osteoclasts. Through accurate mature osteoclast targeting and chemically regulated biocascade effects, the osteoclasts are inhibited, which provides a new idea and a new tool for drug therapy of abnormal osteoclast activation. |
