Summary:A movable dwelling includes a roof that is foldable. The roof may be foldably attached to an exterior wall, or the roof may have a first panel foldably connected to a second panel. The foldable roof may have a retracted position that allows the movable dwelling to be more easily transported, and an extended position that allows the movable dwelling to have a vaulted ceiling when installed. The movable dwelling is built according to industry standards, such as the International Building Code, HUD codes, ANSI 119.2, NPFA 1192, and federal motor safety codes. A method of forming the movable dwelling is also disclosed.
