Summary:The present invention relates to an optical sensing-type needle-type biosensor, and provides a needle-type biosensor comprising: a hollow microneedle comprising an internal channel connected to a tip end portion; a fluorescent sensor provided in the internal channel and producing fluorescence by binding to a specific target material; and a reader for detecting the fluorescence from the fluorescent sensor, wherein the internal channel comprises a region where the diameter of one end thereof connected to the tip end portion is increased.
