Summary:An implantable device for detecting an antenna misalignment with respect to a transmitting implantable device in a near field communication system comprises an antenna unit configured to receive signals through a body channel from the transmitting implantable device. The antenna unit comprises at least two pairs of electrodes configured to cover a blind angle of a radiation pattern of the transmitting implantable device. The implantable device further comprises a processing unit electrically coupled to the antenna unit and configured to detect the antenna misalignment of the at least two pairs of electrodes with respect to the transmitting implantable device.
